• Penalty of 100% of the amount paid in case of cancellation on the day of the appointment or in case of no-show, the maximum delay time is 10 minutes as long as it has been notified in advance, consider that in those cases the treatment will have a shorter duration.
• Cancellations 1 to 2 days before your appointment will be penalized with 50% of the amount paid, cancellations 3 or more days in advance are 100% refundable.
• Appointment changes 2 or more days in advance do not have any penalty, changes 1 day in advance or on the same day are penalized with 50% of the amount paid.

● Clinical photographs with prior authorization.
● Anthropometry (weight and height).
● Non-pathological personal history.
● Pathological personal history: surgeries, transfusions, allergies, immunizations, diabetes, hypertension, scarring, current conditions, infections, medications in use, and others.

● Records retention, provision of services in the future, and overall follow-up on your patient care.
● Issuance of receipts and billing for services rendered.

● Promotion of services and information on health.
● Sending relevant information about medical services, promotions, and special events.
