  3. Coordinator Introduction: Your personal coordinator will reach out by phone to introduce herself and answer any initial questions you may have before your evaluation. (1-4 days)
  4. Physical evaluation: Dr. Cardenas, will discuss your medical history, physical condition and expectations, she will personally address any questions and work with you to finalize the ideal surgical plan.
  5. Final Quote: Based on the agreed-upon plan, your coordinator will provide you with the final detailed quote. (1-3 working days)

HOW OUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS WORK:

  1. Submit Your Information: Complete our online form and attach your photos for review.
  2. Coordinator Introduction: Your personal coordinator will reach out by phone to introduce herself and answer any initial questions you may have before your evaluation. (1-4 days)
  3. Initial Evaluation: Dr. Cardenas will send you her preliminary assessment in an audio format, allowing you to listen to it as many times as you need. (5-10 days)
  4. Personalized Call: Your coordinator will help schedule a phone or video call with Dr. Cardenas, where she will personally address any remaining questions and work with you to finalize the ideal surgical plan. (30 minutes)
  5. Final Quote: Based on the agreed-upon plan, your coordinator will provide you with the final detailed quote. (10-15) (working days)

It is very important for you to be aware that, although plastic surgery is an elective procedure, it´s still a REAL surgery. To undergo surgery, you must be in a good physical health, therefore, your BMI must be at 30 or below.

Being overweight increases the risk of developing complications: rates of heart attack, pulmonary embolism, deep venous thrombosis and risk of infections are also higher. If your BMI is between 30.1 and 33 you may request a virtual consultation, keeping in mind that your BMI must be below 30 by the day of your surgery.
